VAEA, the Venezuelan American Endowment for the Arts, is an entity founded in 1990 in New York to foster cultural ties between the United States and Venezuela through visual and performing arts. The VAEA's Padrino Program is an initiative aimed at providing support to artists in need in Venezuela, offering both art materials and scholarships to facilitate their artistic endeavors, especially during challenging times.
